In order to qualify for NOT WORKING condition, any of the following will be true:

Device does not power on

Not all keys work.

Voice recognition / commands not functioning correctly.
-
Speaker broken.
-
A PIN code is required to access or operate the device.

The device has missing or broken parts. See photo for example.
